Akron Jaguar Land Rover performed the needed repair on my car on the schedule I requested to keep me on the road. They answered questions I had and advised how to prevent other related problems.

The team at Jaguar Land Rover Akron is amazing! I had a few issues with my coolant system and they stayed in constant contact with me, gave me updates, worked with my warranty company, and resolved the issue. Corey and Bill took great care of me with offering a loaner vehicle. Not only did they pick my vehicle up for service, but they returned it to me when the maintenance was completed. Overall dealership is great but, unfortunately they don’t pay attention to details, service lacks attention, for such a luxury car dealer after service even if you ask they never return the car clean. They forget to service on some things that were brought to their attention before service. A lot to work on to make this dealership Stand Out the way Land Rover should be represented.
